The way I understand it... the name in the cz language is spelled Michalek for the male member of the family and Michalova for female family members This is in CZ.
Believe when in other countries its all spelled in the masculin. At least this is the way it appears to me.
Hope some kinssssd soul corrects me if I am wrong. Am just starying this CZ search myself.
