Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

Page 668, Line Number 115, 13 August 1826.
I found your item Tuesday along with four other pages--very hard to read and interpret.
So, I have been struggling since. The 'A' in August looks like a 't' with a large loop on the left side of the upper bar. The 'm' and 'w' are scribbled much alike. Mathias probably has two 't's and the 'h' looks like an 'f'. Geboren 8 August 1826. Baptized 13 August 1826. Father Matthias Michal (if given name is interpreted correctly), Mother Margaritha ?x (looks like Frilen, but is probably Stilen or Stiler of Bonigan, cop. (married) possibly 3 March 1823. Possibly his parents listed, her parents, plus three test. (sponsors), one of whom is probably Christian Michal. If I had not known who it was supposed to be, I would never have been able to conclude it was Mathia (which means I may be forcing it). Please advise if you have been into this film. I can mail you copies if you send address. Ed
