loren, thank you for ur response! when time permits i will physically follow up for i live within a half hour of pittstown.
as for the weatherwaxs' i am related to them by marriage and did some research for a cousin. i traced them back to the 1770's. the is a web site in the renns. county site on this forum, if u scan through it look for a page from a women named Barbara. she was very thorough!!! the only margarets i found were born after the 1800's, although there were several 3rd generation men born in the 1760-80, andrew, laurence & leanord. the other son was sebastian and it is he that has margarets after 1800, he is also the one my cousin is descended from. their parents were andreas bapt.,1739 and catherine reisdorf ( aka.. CATRINA). you might want to try looking in those branches for ur margaret! also this women barbara has a lot of church records at/in her site that were most helpful!!
