My great great great Grandfather was named James Knox Michael his father was David Michael. His grandfather was Jacob Michael and his great grandfather was Valentine Micheal. I have heard my Michael family was orginally from France and when they came to America they first settled in the Carolina's. I don't have very much information on Valentine Michael so if anyone out there can help me with my Michael family it would be appreicated. I am decended from James Michael's son Alexander Michael and his son Robert Lee Michael. My grandfather is Jodie Michael of Monroe Georgia. So if anyone can help me it would be certainly appreciated.
