US World War 1 soldier John Michael - Flanders Field

Looking for information about and relatives of World War 1 soldier John Michael. He was from New York city and is buried in Flanders Field Cemetery in Belgium. He was killed in action October September 2, 1918.
Purpose: writing a book about those forgotten WW1 soldiers
