Robin, I had checked my files, but not my books. I have a book, "Rowan Marriages 1753-1868, by Breny H. Holcomb. Here are a couple of marriages:

Warner, John Jr. & Elizebeth Michael, 11 Dec 1817: Daniel Warner, bondsman.Mack Crump, wit.

Warner, Vinson & Sally Michael, 11 Oct 1821, John Warmer Jr., bondsman: Hy. Giles, wit.

The spelling of John Warmer Jr. is as it is in the book, but I would think it should be John Varner Jr.
Here are a couple more marriages that may or may not be helpful to you.

Warner, Jacob F. & Christena Overcast, 8 Jan 1846: William C. Brandon, bondsman. J.M Turner, wit.

Warner, Jacob Frederick & Christena Stiller, 27 March 1846.
William C. Brandon, bondsman. J. M. Turner wit.

Coy Michael
