Hello Melissa,
How are you today?
My Michael line came from Wales through Germantown, Pennsylvania. They settled in Southeastern Ohio around 1830. Oliver Michael, who was my dad, was born in 1911 in Meigs county, Ohio. As far as I know he was the only Oliver in our Michael line.We also have some Michael's in Athens county Ohio and myself in Mason county,West Virginia. Did your Ancestors come out of England or Germany? It seems these are the most common countries for Michael's. My Michael line has about died out. There's always room for one more Michael, related or not.

All my best,
David
