You can see Agnes' death certificate online (for free) at www.familysearchlabs.org.
SHe died jan 22, 1939 in Amsterdam. She was also buried in Amsterdam, on Jan 25, 1939. Per her death record, her date of birth was may 14, 1867. Parents were James KILDAY and Margaret Shaw. The informant was Walter KElly of Akron, OH, and the name of the undertaker was GRAHAM.
