1930 I found his son(?) Lloyd A.Phillips in Kalamazoo, MI with wife Sarah E. and 2 daughter (12 and 11) and one son Arthur L. age 8.
There is an obit listed for Lloyd and Sarah Phillips. If interested, I could look them up.
