Dear Friends, I am seeking information on ARTHUR L. PHILLIPS, a railroad engineer, who lived in ST. PAUL, MINNESOTA, from 1883 to 1895, in GRAND RAPIDS, MICH. from 1895 to 1899, and in PAW PAW, MICH. from 1899 to ??. His wife's name was CLARA (maiden unknown) PHILLIPS. Children: Unknown if any. This Arthur L. Phillips may be (but not verified) the same one listed in the 1880 U.S. Federal Census, as age 23, born Michigan, single, parents both born in New York, working as a railroad fireman, living with James Haley, a resident of Grand Rapids, Michigan. Any information on Arthur L. or Clara Phillips would be greatly appreciated. The Phillips' home, built in 1886, still stands at 218 Goodrich Avenue, in St. Paul, Minnesota. Thank you. Best regards, Jim Sazevich, 454 N. Smith Ave., St. Paul, Minnesota 55102-2726. Email:
