William & Genette Wooldridge South Haven 1900
Posted by: William Brackett Date: December 05, 2001 at 05:13:55

William Wooldridge was born in New York State. His wife's name was Genette. Some children were born in New York State, some in Nebraska and some in Michigan. It appears Genette and children settle in Van Buren County, Michigan in the town of South Haven by 1890. They are seen there through 1920. She appears to have died between the 1900 and 1910 census. It is not clear where William Wooldridge died. There children were: William, Sarah, Polly, Isaac, Burton and Mary Wooldridge. Sarah Wooldridge was my g-grandmother and married Edgar Brackett. Edgar and Sarah lived in Berrien County, Michigan. When she died (1926) her obituary said she had one sister in South Haven and two brothers of Muskegon. Does anyone know this family?
