GLEASON - Durfee Cemetery headstones

At Durfee Cemetery, the headstone reads:

Ruth wife of Philander GLEASON
died April 3, 1870 aged 45 years; 2 mo; 17 da.
This is on the west side of the headstone

Sarahett E. daughter of P. & R. GLEASON
died July 1, 1863 aged 5 yrs; 11 mo;1 da.
This is on the east side of the headstone

I understand that around this headstone are probably other unreadable stones, relationships unknown.
