My husbands father was born in Manistique Michiagan in 1908. He has past away in 1960 and we know only a few things that he told us. His parents died some time around 1910-1920. He lived with his Aunt and Uncle until he left home at age 14 around 1922. He had a brother named Carl, He saw him once during World war II. We believe their parents came from Sweden.
