Hi. I am researching the Barslunds (Danish) in Sanilac County. Of current and specific interst in the "Red Star Creamery" in Flynn, which was run and/or owned by my great grandfather Hans Barslund Christensen at the turn of the previous century. I have a nice photo-card of the building and horsedrawn wagon with loads of old milkcans. He was indeed a dairyman in Denmark. If any of this makes sense to you, please help me find information on the Creamery, including where it was located, etc etc etc. All hints and info welcome!
