My grandmother, born in 1863, and her older sister both attended an academy for young women. They both taught in Sanilac Co., and I believe the academy might have been in Lexington. Does anyone have information about this school, where it was, how long it was in operation, subjects taught? I'd appreciate any information. Mary Simpson Park
