Hi Meg,
In the 1900 census, they are in AuSable, Iosco County. He goes by the name of Frank in this census. Son George, born June 1874, son John, born July 1877, and daughter, Margaret, born July 1880. All kids born in Canada. Both Frank/Benjamin list occupation as "electric light-man".
You can see this for free at: www.familysearchlabs.org. (must have adobe acrobat in order to view original record).
You may also find marraiges for the kids at this web site. (or maybe not...I didn't take the time to look)
All the best,
Sally
