Romain from Belgium to MI, not Romaine

Dear Readers,
After several years of research, my family who came to MI from Belgium has always spelled our name as "Romain" and never Romaine. I am waiting for more records to be posted to see if they first came to Canada before settling in St. Clair County, MI.
