I am researching for information regarding my great, great, great grandmother, Jerusha Howell. Jerusha was born about 1829 in NY. Her father was born in VT and her mother in MA, though I do not know their names yet.

Jerusha Howell first married Frances Bostwick about 1845 in NY. They had at least four children:
Armenia born 1846 in NY
Henry born 1848 in MI
Mary born 1851 in MI
Jane born 1858 in MI.

Between 1858 when Jane was born and 1860 when Martin V. Cole is on the census with Jerusha, they were married.

Martin V. Cole and Jerusha Howell had at least two children:
Mira born 1863 in MI
Martin V. born 3 Jun 1865 in MI.
Martin V. Sr. disappears after 1865. Perhaps dying during the civil war?

1850 Census Wright, Ottawa, MI
Jerusha and Frances Bostwick with children Armenia and Henry.
1860 Census Wright,Ottawa, MI
Jerusha and Martin V. Cole with Armenia, Mary and Jane.
1870 Census Wright, Ottawa, MI
Jerusha with no husband, but children Armenia, Jane, Mira and Martin.
1880 Census Wright, Ottawa, MI
Jerusha with daughter Amana (Armenia) and her husband Lyman Terry, and their three children Edwin, Elmer and Ettie. Jerusha's daughter Almira (Mira) is also there newly married to ___Flourney.
1880 Census Ravenna, Muskegon, MI
Jerusha living with 3rd husband Sardine Stone Van Ornum.

Any information would be appreciated.
