NUNICA NEWS
JOHN CONLEY, after a two weeks' illness passed peacefully away at the home of his brother, JAMES, Friday evening, December 9 [1921]. He had lived in this community for many years, and was well and favorably known. For the past twenty-seven years, he has resided on his farm at Conley's Crossing. Surviving him are two brothers, WILLIAM of Volney and JAMES of this place; also four nieces and four nephews, and many friends. The funeral occurred on Monday, the 11th at the Catholic Church in Spring Lake. After very impressive services by Fr. HYLAND, the remains were laid to rest in the Catholic lot beside those of his parents, in the Spring Lake Cemetery.
