Mrs. JOHN KONING was born August 4, 1885 and reached the age of thirty-six years, three months and eighteen days. She was united in marriage to JOHN KONING, August 8, 1908, and to this union were born, CARL, FANNIE, CORNELL [or CORRIELL (hard to read)], LOUISE, EVERT and JOHN JR. WINNIE and EVERT preceded their mother into the great beyond.
She is survived also by a brother and sister, JULIA and TRAVIS WOODREY of Mason, Ohio. This death came like a thief in the night to take her away from her husband, her children, most of them too young to realize their loss, her stepchildren and these two sole surviving relatives, and all her fellow members of the Church of Jesus Christ, whose fellowship at this place, she joined June 27, 1909 by letter as a member in full communion. We have no last words, so sudden was her death, and need them not for her life spoke for itself as one of simple trust in an all-sufficient Savior, who has taken her unto Himself very suddenly, after only a few days' illness.
The funeral was held in the Reformed Church, Saturday, November 26 , Rev. HOFFS officiating.
