I am not sure if there will be a connection but George Fredrick Williams came to Michigan between 1858 and 1865 and settled on a farm near Middle Branch in Osceola County. Rev. Geraoge Fredrick Williams had several children. Of the sons carrying down the Williams name there were- George Aaron born 1852, Richard born 1858- married to a Jenny, Thomas born 1871 and married to a Matilda, and James R who was born 1873 and married a Rachel Ann Wood.
Since this was listed in Osceola Cty I thought I would pass this info on of what I knew of an early Williams family that lived in the area. lorinda.martin@gmail.com
