Does anyone have any info about Patrick and Bridget Monghan (Monaghan) in Reed City ca 1880? I found them on the Cook Co., Ill 1870 census with children Martin, Michael and his mother Mary Gleason. They show up on the 1880 census in Reed City with Children Martin, Michael, Patsy and Patrick's brother Martin. Patrick died in Reed City and I have the birth entry for Martin in NJ ca 1866 as well as the deaths of other children in Reed City.
Does anyone know where these folks came from in "Ireland" or if they're connected to any of the Monaghan's in Alpena or Detroit?
