Dawn, On page 170 it has information on the Hesperia Lodge No. 346, F. & A.M.
At the bottom of the page it lists members of the lodge which include William Brown.
The following is the paragraph presiding a long list of members.
The stated communications of this lodge are on Friday of each month on or before full of moon, in Masonic Hall, in J. W. Dunning's store building on the Oceana Co. side of Main Street. They have a very nice hall, pleasantly located and neatly furnished. They have buried two members since Jan. 1, Philetus Munroe and Horace Carbine. The members Jan. 1, 1890 were as follows: then it lists over 4 dozen names including William Brown.
