Looking for more information on this family. CHARLES ED FISH is part of my family. He is shown on the 1870 census with his son William J. Who was his wife at this time. Since he is living with a Kline family at this time I am thinking his first wife was a daughter of William Kline. I have a short history of him that states he was married to Isabel Parmington Chalker in 1872 but who was he married to before. *Note the history below and the following census record showing Charles and his 3 yr. old son William in 1870. CHARLES E. FISH born in October 1833 in New York. His father was born in New Jersey and his mother born in New York. I suspect they were living in Seneca County, New York, possibly Tyre Township in the 1870 census or before because that is where his wife Isabel Parmington Chalker was living when her first husband James Chalker died in 1871. Charles E. Fish married Isabel Parmington Chalker in 1872. Isabel’s first husband James Chalker died the year before in 1871. They had been living in Tyre, New York and had a son Fred J. Chalker born 1866. They probably stayed in Tyre, Seneca County, New York until their move to Ferry Township, Oceana County, Michigan around 1880. Charles and Isabel Fish had four children: Anna born January 1873 New York, Etta 10-1881 Michigan, Emma 12-1882 New York, and Ervin 9-1884 Michigan..
