January 2012 Flint Genealogical Society Meeting
Posted by: Jim Newman (ID *****5948) Date: December 19, 2011 at 11:11:57
  of 1003

The Flint Genealogical Society meets the first Tuesday of each month except July and August. They currently meet at the Burton Senior Citizens Center, 3410 S. Grand Traverse, Burton, MI at 7 p.m. This location is just north of Bristol Road and Holy Redeemer Church.

Trudy Krueger, president of the society, and Della Gamalski had the opportunity to travel in Germany and Poland last fall researching their family trees. The meeting for January 3rd, 2012 will be "Important Things You Should Know About Foreign Research". Plan to hear Trudy and Della share the must know information they learned.

A question and answer table is also available - where you may ask questions and someone will try to help steer you the right direction.

Thank you,
Judy Newman
Publicity Chair
Flint Genealogical Society
