Estel Luther Todd - Ferndale, MI

Does anyone have any information on Estel Luther Todd, a dentist in Detroit, who lived in Ferndale, MI? I'm most interested in the following:

When and where did Estel Luther Todd die? Where was he buried?

When and where did his wife, Marian, die? Where was she buried?

What was Marian's maiden name? Who were her parents? She was married once, at age twenty. What was her married name? Who was her first husband?

Estel and Marian had at least one child, James L. Todd, born circa Jan 1930 in Michigan. Is James still living? Did he have a family?

This is what I know about the family:

Estel Luther Todd was born in 1883 in either Ohio or Michigan (one source says one state, another source says the other state).

Estel was a dentist with a private practice in Detroit, MI. He lived in Ferndale.

Estel married Marian C. (LNU) in approximately 1927. He was about 44 at the time of his marriage.

I've found Estel in the 1900, 1920 and 1930 Michigan Censuses. I found him in the WWI Draft Registration forms. I found him in the 1936 & 1938 Polk's City Directories in Royal Oak/Ferndale. And then the "trail" runs cold.

I found a James Todd who was born in late Dec 1929 who died in 1980, but it doesn't give a location in Michigan. Not enough to go on to prove/disprove it's the same person as Estel's son.

I checked Find-a-Grave. Nothing. I checked Interments in Michigan in Ferndale. Nothing, although it isn't a complete listing for that cemetery.

Does anyone know anything about the family or at least make some suggestions? I'm running out of places to look. By the way, I have Estel's ancestry, so I'm really not looking for that.

Thanks for any help you can give me.
