Mr. Kerwin,
In regards to my Grandmother's given name; it was Katie A (Miles)Hitchcock. According to the Steuben Cty Historian, in Bath NY; the name on her marriage license was Katie A Miles, b: 8 April 1881 in Addison, Steuben Cty., NY to Cyrus and Fanny (Murray)Miles. The name on her "Memory Card" from the Huntoon Funeral Home in Pontiac, and on cemetery records is Katie A Hitchcock; also, on her headstone in Oak Hill Cemetery, University Avenue, Pontiac MI. Her husband's name was Floyd Hitchcock, b: abt. 1875 in PA, to Daniel and Mary (Odell)Hitchcock. Grandpa Hitchcock died in 1937 in Bay City MI, and is buried somewhere in Bay County.

Edith Helen (aka: Helen E Hitchcock) Daley, b: 7 May 1902 in NY; d: 27 May 1974. The only info I have on James A Daley is per the 1930 Census for Pontiac, Oakland Cty, MI which states his age as 33 (b: between 1896-1897). I haven't been able to match his death date with any on the computer, so far. He died before Helen.

I would appreciate any help, or suggestions. I do have to call the Oak Hill Cemetery office, to see if they are buried there. Also, I will check with the Huntoon Funeral Home in Pontiac, to see if they were buried from their facility.

Thanks for responding; look forward to hearing from you.
