I am looking for help with Adam Steinmacher b-1875 in Europe and entered at Ellis Island in 1903.

His wife was named Rosalee Salamon

He is known to have lived in Springfield IL from 1904 ? until about 1914 when he moved to Merrill, Lincoln County WI.

It is believed he moved back to Springfield after 1920 as he is liosted in Merrill in the 1920 census.

Later he moved his family to Detroit. But is not found anywhere in the 1930 census. He died in 1943 in Hesperia MI.

One son, Louis b-1902 remained in Springfield IL all his adult life. And married Elizabeth b-1905 in IL.
