As a hobby, I rescued old photos that have identification on them.
I picked up one in Newaygo, Newaygo Co. MI of a young lady. It was taken very late 1800s early 1900s. On the back is written: Anna B. Edwards, taken while at school in Ypsilanti, Mich age 18.
I did a little research and there was an Edwards family living in Brooks Twp. Newaygo Co. They had a daughter, Anna B. She was born 1878/79. Her father was James K. and mother Alice. Chances are very good that this is the same family. Brooks Twp. is where the city of Newaygo is.
