Van Wormer, Charlotte. Sand Lake, MI area. 1914 - 1930

I would like to hear from anyone that may know of a Charlotte Van Wormer that lived in the Sand Lake or Montcalm, Michigan area in the early 1900's.
She was 16 years old (a student in high school), at the time... she gave birth to a baby girl in McKinley Hospital...Grand Rapids, Michigan September, 1930. The birth certificate reads: Baby Van Wormer born to: Charlotte Van Wormer of Sand Lake, on: Sept 18, 1930. If you have any folk that would have been in high school at that time... please ask them if they knew Charlotte.

I am hoping someone could do a check for me if possible. This 1930 baby is my stepsister, and she would love to make contact with any possible sibblings if she has any out there.
