I can't offer much information on this tin type photo, other than I rescued it from an antique shop in Carson City, Michigan. While trying to decipher the writing, (the cursive n's look like w's.) I decided that Harriet's last name is Mc Conlon. My guess for dating is mid to late 1800s. She appears to be early 20s, reminds me of a school marm type. Plaid is her pattern on her top and she appears to have a bow in her hair. I'd like to place her in the hands of family. All I ask is what I paid for it and postage, which for the size of this one, won't be much. Contact me at: digginroots@yahoo.com Kathy Barnes Notify Administrator about this message?
