Bresie Family 1870 - 1930 in Missaukee County.

I have not been able to find any Bresie listed with this spelling, but my husband's grandfather William Bresie (born Dec 18, 1873) came from this area. I have his autograph book with entries from West Branch in 1889 and 1890.

Could some one tell me which district West Branch was in so I can try to find the Bresie family on the 1890 Census?
