Looking for Ricardo Cabrera who lived in Saginaw, MI in the mid 1970's

Hi,
I am trying to help a friend of mine who is currently serving our country in Afghanistan find his birth father. Years ago I placed a posting on a message board to find information about his family. His birth name was Donivan Lamar Cooper and he was born in Saginaw, MI on April 7, 1975. Years after the posting, I was contacted by his birth mother, Phyllis and they have enjoyed getting to know each other. Donivan's father's name was Ricardo Cabrera and lived in Saginaw, MI. He was married during the time of their relationship and he had a son. He was employed by Michigan Bell. Phyllis didn't know his parent's names of if Ricardo had a middle name. She thought that his birthday was May 7th, but was unsure of the year, perhaps 1958. She did not know if he had siblings or the wife's name or the son's name.
Donivan is a wonderful man. I do have photos of him and his mom. He would just like to know his birth father. Any man would be pleased to call him his son.
If you have any information that would help, please contact me. Thank you for your time.

Sandy Dennis
