Philo Dibble 1789-1878/Minerva Wilcox/Dibble/Lloyd

I am looking for information about Edson Lloyd, who is my Great Grandfather from Wisconsin. Minerva Wilcox/Dibble was either Philo Dibble's wife or housekeeper in upstate New York. Philo Dibble was either Edson's father or took him and his mother in as part of some 19th Century domestic arrangement. There are also a number of children in the New York household. I have found a document from one Minverva Lloyd (maiden name) laying claim posthumously to his pension from the War of 1812 which he did serve. Meanwhile, Dibble's generally recognized wife of 1814, Susan Lawson, appears to have been living all along on his farm in Michigan. A real puzzle and Minerva and those kids turned up in the Oshkosh area in the late 1850s living on farms while Minerva was a housekeeper in town and Edson working in lumber mills. Quite a puzzle and I am still trying to figure out the identity of my Great Great Grandfather.
