Hi Rhea,

I think I have found your Frances in 1930.

1930 ANDERSON, MADISON, INDIANA - Lafayeete Township-2023 Hick St.
WALKER
Charles, age 28, mechanic, garage, age first married: 21, born IL, father born IL, mother born IN

Hazel, age 27, wife, born IL father born OH mother born IL

BOLES
Frances, age 8, step-daughter, born IL both parents born IL

WALKER
Russell Jr., son, age 6, born IL both parents born IL

William F., son, age 5, born IL both parents born IL

Robert E., won, age 2, born IL both parents born IL

******************************************

I was hoping that Hazel was married in 1920 census but it seems she was still single.

DANVILLE WARD 6, VERMILLION, IL- 530 W. SEINBURY ST.
WATSON
John Low, age 47, painter, Moore motor Co., born MO father born OH mother born IL

Emma, wife, age 42, born IL both parents born IL

Hazel, daughter, age 17, domestic, private family, born IL father born MO mother born IL

Clarence E., son, age 12, born IL father born MO mother born IL

Mildred L., daughter, age 12, born IL father born MO mother born IL

** this is the only Hazel that fits for age and place of birth
********************

I looked to see if there were any Boles families in Danville or even in Vermillion Co. in 1920 and there were none.
So I then looked to see if there were any there in 1930 and found three.
Clarence Boles, age 36, listed as single

Lawrence Boles, age 49, listed as divorced

Both of these men are living in the National Soldier's Home

Edward Boles, age 75, widower

So the only one who is divorced is Lawrence who is pretty old to have been husband of Hazel but not out of the question.

I hope this helps a bit.

Carolyn L
