Re: LOOK UP please - Michigan Death Records
I'm not related to this family.
There are NO online Detroit death record files that I'm aware of.
Detroit does not permit public browsing of birth, death, or marriage records.
The Detroit Public Library [main branch] has a death record file on micro-fiche.These records contain only those individuals who died "within" the city limits of Detroit. The time period starts abt 1918.No personal data is supplied only - name, sex, age, death cert. number.
1930 is the last available census at this time.
