Hello!
I've been able to trace the Cotterman line in my family back to the 1600's with the help of a wonderful tree already detailed by a very distant cousin. However, I can't find anything about my ggrandfather. Here's what I know.
My father Larry Wallace Shull was born to Clifford Harold Shull and Arvilla Richards in Michigan. Clifford Harold Shull was born to Adolphus Shull and Mary Luella Cotterman in 1928. From here, I've got the Cotterman line detailed, but I can't get any more about Adolphus Shull other than how many children he had and birth years. My father says that HIS ggrandfather (Adolphus' father) was full Indian, so that may be part of the difficulty I'm having. Perhaps the Shull is passed down by my gggrandmother?
I'm completely stuck and would appreciate anything at all that could help!
