Charles W. Deplige was born on Dec. 19, 1917 to William L. Deplige and Della Cochran in Ottawa County, Michigan. When they died from influenza in 1919, Charles was adopted by the Steur family and renamed William D. Steur. If you have any information about this person, please email me.
