It's obviously Catholic. My first guess would be the Shrine of the Little Flower on Woodward Ave (Royal Oak/Birmingham area). But if you really want an expert opinion, contact the archives of the Archdiocese of Detroit. They'd have the best records of the arts and antiquities in the area.
