Weidemann surname in Menominee, Michigan

I am looking for information on John Weidemann and his family. His wifes name was Anna. He lived in Menominee, Michigan in 1885, his son Fred was born there, and Fred's sister Mary in 1888, the name may have been spelled Weideman/Wideman. If anyone can help me, please email me at PJWideman@worldnet.att.net because I normally don't have the time to check back on these messages. I have 2 small children, that should explain it. Also, does anyone know how I can get Fred and Mary's birth certificate? Thank you everyone for your time and help.
