Looking for the ancestry of Alexander Rowlen/Rowlin, a carpenter from Chippewa Lake Twp, Mecosta County. Born 1858 in Canada, emigrated to the US with his family 1861. Parents were a Mr. Rowlen and a Miss C. Tompkins of Ontario. Alexander married Mary Wilbur, daughter of Nathan and Anna Wilbur, and had one son, Nathan Rowlen. Mary died young of typhoid fever. Alexander died sometime after 1923. Any connections?
