Birth Look up in Negaunee, Marquette County?

Would some kind person please look up a birth record for me?
Edward Parrott or Perrotte, born 28 June 1883, in Negaunee, Marquette, MI.

I believe his father was Cyril and his mother was a Hoftberg from Sweden. But some have called her Daisy, or Ceile, or Celia or Rosa. Relatives have said she died after Edward was born, but there is a record of her living in Elgin Illinois in 1894, so I am confused.

Also, the name Hoftberg is apparently very rare, which makes tracing Daisy/Ceile very difficult.

Whatever information appears on the birth record for Edward would be of great help to me. Thank you for any help
