I am looking for any info on the Leander Martel family. He was born in New York. I think Plattsburg, Clinton County abt. 1840. He moved his family to Tildon, Marquette, MI in 1878. Wife is Delia Martel, b. 1836 in NY. Children Napoleon, b. 1865, NY, Almira, b. 1868 NY, Silas, b. 1871 NY. Napoleon ended up back in Plattsburg and raised a family. I am interested most in his son Isaie who was born in Michigan (Ithink), but was in Plattsburg by 1910 census. Isaie was one of 13 children born to Napolean and Mary Broseau Martel. I have the names of some of the children, Eva b.1892, Adeline b.1895, Libbie b. 1897, Orion b. 1902, Isaie b. 1904, Priscilla b.1907, Aneta b. 1909.
