Dear Alicia, Thank you so much for your reply and information. This is where it gets tricky. We do not know if Lars changed his name from Nilsson to Larson after his sons arrived under the name of Viktor Larsson and Karl Enander Larsson (also known as Charlie Larson). We have such wonderful records until a couple of years afeter his arrival ot Ishpeming, Mich. We know he as memorialized by some organization of fraternity known as the Swedish Sons and Daughters of America. There is a memorial ribbon in both Swedidh and English. The hours of the Club are in Calumet, Mich. and listed in the Polk Directory under Lars Nelson? There is a buriel sight in Lake Forest Cemetery in Houghton County that both Lars sons had purchased. But they have no listing of who is burried there. WE TOTALLY LOOSE LARS!! I will try and track this possibility. THANK YOU! SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP! Sandy Notify Administrator about this message?
