1854 Michigan State census

Did Michigan take an 1854 state census for Macomb County? If so I would like to know if anyone has access to this census and would look up a DAVID CULVER b.ca1805 in NY. He was listed in the 1850 & 1860 federal census but would like to know his family members in 1854. Any assistance is always appreciated. Thanks, Larry Culver
