Nancy Walling - Dr Harry Taylor to Michigan 1824

Is anyone familiar with the following family?

Per 1954 article in Detroit Society of Genealogical Research Magazine -- Harry Taylor (b 1802 NY) m 1824 Nancy Walling (b 1798 Hartford CT). Dr. Taylor came to Michigan in 1824 & to Mt. Clemens in 1826. They had children:
Nancy, b 1826
Louise Jane, b 1829
Harry Taylor, b 1838
Joseph Seymour, b 1838

In the 1880 census, Nancy (Walling) Taylor, age 83, was in the Mt. Clemens household headed by her physician son Henry Taylor, age 48.
