You have given me lots of information and useful links. Julius K Blackburn was perhaps a name that was passed down from father to son. I will use the links and information you have provided to fill out my very sketchy chart both forward and backward from 1860.
My information has my Julius Krista Blackburn being born 24 Dec 1779 in NJ and marrying Mary Laycock b 30 Apr 1787 of VA in 1806. In addition to following up on your information I will spread my search for Julius K Blackburn's origins to NY.
