James Cameron of Deerfield Twp

I have found my great-great-grandfather, born in Scotland in 1819, in the 1870, 1880, and 1900 censuses. I have not been able to locate his grave. His wife, Lucy Catrell, and children, William T., Andrew, Albert, Elizabeth, Helen are buried in the Sharp Cemetery in Deerfield Twp. I have been to the Flemming Cemetery and the James buried there is not my relative. I would like any information about him, and where he is buried.
