VAUGHAN family in Lapeer Co

I am looking for marriage, death, cemetery records for three VAUGHAN families who lived in Lapeer, Mayfield Twp, & Hadley Twp, Lapeer Co, MI. They are Charles Edwin Vaughan ( b. 1822) & wife Sarah Carven; James Vaughan (1849-ca 1920) & wife Lida; Charles Edward Vaughan (1898-1967) & wife Jessie Goodwin. I do not know where any of them are buried. The name could be mis-spelled as "VAUGHN." Any help would be most welcome.
