Where is Metamora Cemetery?

I obtained death certificates for my great-great grandparents, John Higgins Simonton and Amanda Maria Wakely Simonton, which state they were sent to Metamora Cemetery for burial. Alfred Clinton Simonton, John Higgins Simonton's son from a previous marriage, is also supposed to be buried there. I'm hoping that I may have other relatives buried there as well.

I can't seem to find any information about Metamora Cemetery. Does anyone know if this cemetery is still in use, whether it goes by a name other than "Metamora Cemetery", and where it might be located?
